No, delivery is quoted separately based on your address and the placement. You get both numbers before you commit and there are no fuel or mileage surprises.
Yes. Our Medford shop cuts doors and windows, adds shelving, insulation, and electrical, and builds full offices. Quote the modification when you buy and we do it before delivery.

Not usually. Level, firm ground is enough, and we set it on blocks so it sits true and drains. Gravel, dirt, and asphalt all work.
