Six things to have ready
Ten minutes of prep is the difference between a set down and a reset.
Gravel, dirt, asphalt, or concrete. We shim for a slight grade.
Vehicles, pallets, and bins off the spot and the run up to it.
Stakes, cones, or paint, and which way the doors face.
Power lines, limbs, eaves, signage. The bed needs room to tilt.
A loaded truck sinks after heavy rain. If it is close, we look first.
Optional. A five minute walk with the driver prevents resets.

Anything not covered here, call the yard. The person who schedules the trucks answers the phone.
Delivery is quoted by distance from the yard and the access at your site. You get the number before you book, not on the invoice after.
Twenty to forty five minutes on most jobs. The driver backs in, tilts the bed, and rolls the container onto the spot you marked.
A 20 foot delivery needs a 50 foot straight run, 12 feet of width, and 17 feet of open sky. A 40 foot delivery needs a 100 foot run and 15 feet overhead.
Firm and reasonably level. Gravel, dirt, asphalt, and concrete all work, and we shim the corners to level a slight grade.
It helps, but it is not required. Mark the spot with stakes or cones and tell us which way the doors should face.
Most Rogue Valley orders go out in one to three days. Klamath Falls, Yreka, and the Flathead Valley run on a set weekly route.
