We own the containers and run our own trucks, so a delivery date is a date we control. Need a unit moved between sites midweek? That is a phone call, not a change order.

Corporate container leasing is a long-term agreement where a company leases storage containers by the month on one account, at a rate that drops as the number of units goes up. You get one invoice, one contact at the yard, and containers placed at as many sites as you need.
Corporate rates start at three units on one account. The rate steps down again at five and at ten, and above twenty units we quote the fleet directly rather than off a rate card.
Yes. One account can cover containers at as many sites as you run, across Oregon, Northern California, Montana, and Idaho. You still get a single monthly invoice rather than one per location.
Yes. We set up net 30 terms for established accounts, with purchase orders and cost codes on the invoice if your accounting needs them. Larger fleets can be billed by site or by division.
Call the yard and we relocate the container to your next site or pick it up. On a corporate lease relocation is scheduled work, not an emergency request, and it does not restart your term.
Yes. Our Medford custom work shop adds doors, windows, shelving, insulation, electrical, and full office build-outs to leased units. The modification is quoted separately and the container stays on your lease.
Yes. We hold the insurance certificates and W-9 documentation districts and municipalities require, and we are used to bid paperwork, prevailing wage questions, and procurement timelines.
Within three business days for the Rogue Valley and the Flathead Valley, two to four days for the Klamath Basin and Northern California. For multi-unit deployments we schedule the trucks together so the whole site lands the same day.
